As Facility Design Manager for Interlake Material Handling, re-engineered a General Merchandise Distribution Center supporting the Pearl Harbor Naval Base exchange and Mini Marts that reduced stock to sales floor time from 7 hours to 30 minutes and improved productivity by 20%. System used Interlake rack, Raymond very Narrow Aisle Order selectors and swing reaches, Ermanco Conveyor with Allen Bradley control system. The integrated project included acting as General Contractor for the entire project and coordinated all electrical, lighting, and sprinkler design and installation.
