As Director of Logistics Engineering and Project management, directed the design and construction of four (4) 700,000 sq ft “State of the practice” distribution centers. The project included the site search and it included successfully negotiated state incentives averaging $20 million per center. He designed the prototype material handling system, facility layout and design specifications and project management. Systems included Rapistan RX200 Shoe sorter designed for 110,000 cartons per day, four levels high pick modules using Tecklogix RF devices communication with an AS400 Legacy WMS system. Each center was built to expand to 1,100,000 sq ft. All projects were completed on time on budget.
