Developed and installed an e-commerce fulfillment system within a store replenishment system that avoided the necessity to purchase a fulfillment company and thus saved $80 million capital expenditure. Batch pick less than case picking with high speed sortation was installed in a system on a mezzanine over an operating distribution center with no service interruptions.
